Navigate through 1000s of data points and detailed analysis outlining the detailed airframe and engine on-wing requirements and costs

Key Features:

Developed from a maintenance planners perspective, the level of detailed data and analysis far surpasses any similar maintenance & engineering content commercially available in the industry.

The data and analysis is divided into four core content areas: Maintenance Planning Guide, Detailed Maintenance Costs, Feedstock Considerations, Interactive Maintenance Cost Tool

1. Maintenance Planning
This comprehensive maintenance planning guide is suitable for: Maintenance Planners either in need of a deep dive or a quick-look reference point; C-Level executives across the industry with a need to know the commercial factors driving maintenance check costs. Content includes:

  • Maintenance Planning Document (MPD) overview
  • Details of check cycles and check task groupings, including: Event-driven and noted interval tasks, Low Utilisation MPD, High FC Fatigue Inspections, FLS Tasks.
  • MPD Task Quick Look Reference Matrix. A powerful, time-saving alternative to the manual collection of key data points from across the aircraft’s MPD.  A useful tool for Maintenance Management and Maintenance Planners alike.  For easy reference, the matrix is broken down into: Calendar Tasks, Flight Hour Tasks, Flight Cycle Tasks, FH/FC/Calendar Combination Tasks, APU Tasks, Engine Change Tasks, Life Limit and Additional Tasks.
  • Freighter STC Specific Maintenance Checks
  • Aircraft Zones & Access, including major zone numbering maps, and special access listings data tables
  • Non-Routine Work, including non-route estimation and guide ratios analysis and non-routine ratio selection data tables
  • Production Planning Guide: deconstruct the analysis and planning MROs perform to generate quotations for maintenance checks, including: Man-hour Estimate Construction Guide, Workscope Costs Construction Guide, Production Planning Notes including reality factor, Defect Ratio / Percentage

2. Detailed Maintenance Costs
View detailed cost forecasts for freighter conversion and post-conversion maintenance check scenarios. The costs forecasts are based on real-world commercial pricing practices used by MROs.

  • Maintenance Costs at Freighter Conversion. Heavy maintenance checks are often performed at time of conversion and can represent a significant element of on-ramp costs. View a detailed breakdown of forecast maintenance costs at time of conversion, including multiple conversion check scenarios for each type based on specific aircraft vintage and utilisation parameters.
  • Maintenance Costs Post-Conversion. Access post-conversion C Check cost guides which forecast the future maintenance burden for each Freighter. The forecasts are based on detailed filters and analysis of each type’s MPD. In this section users can also access a detailed post-conversion check Man-Hour guide, showing forecasts for potential ongoing maintenance check man-hour requirements.
  • Commercial Quote Guide. View key insights into commercial factors as part of the MRO check quotation process, including man-hour estimate construction guide, production planning notes, workscope costs construction guide, and other costing variables such as material rate, labour rate, AD and SB allowances, and more.

3. Feedstock Considerations
Access critical maintenance considerations for the feedstock selection process and identify feedstock conditions that best meet post-conversion operating environment and utilisation requirements. Content includes: Aircraft Life Limits, high-FC/ageing maintenance task thresholds, and a summary of key Airworthiness Directives

4. Interactive Maintenance Costs Tools
Access the Beta version of the Aircraft Analytics maintenance Conversion Cost Calculator for forecasting heavy checks at time of conversion.  Use the input fields to flex maintenance planning and commercial costing variable for a range of utilisation and check structure scenarios.
