As a result, we (Aircraft Analytics) have adopted this data privacy policy.Under the GDPR, we can only hold and process your personal data on one or more of the grounds authorised by the GDPR. In this notice we advise you of the basis on which we will receive and process your personal data and of your rights under the GDPR.If you register with us, we will ask you to enter certain personal information sufficient to enable us to contact you with our product updates and our monthly eFeatures newsletter.
Opt-In For Further Communications
If you agree to opt in to receive communications from us, we will take this as you are giving your consent to receiving such communications / product alerts / product offers / eFeature newsletters and this consent will authorise us to process your data. It is forbidden to promote a product or service whilst using the interactive areas of the Aircraft IT website, including but not limited to: leaving a comment in one of our eFeatures. Any members abusing this rule may be banned from the web site.

Aircraft Analytics may from time to time send updates about Aircraft Analytics products and services, including but not limited to upcoming product releases, conferences and latest eFeatures. Your email address will not be given to 3rd parties except where outlined in the data privacy policy. By providing your email address you consent to being contacted for direct marketing purposes by Aircraft Analytics.
