Once you have completed your order by using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions and that you agree to abide by them.

If you create your account in the order form (Step 2) but do not complete your order with a payment option your account and data will be deleted after 7 days at no cost. The system will send you one email encouraging you to complete your order.
In these terms ‘Subscriber’ means an individual subscriber and ‘Authorised User’ means an employee duly authorised by an organisation which is a Subscriber or any other person expressly authorised by Aircraft Analytics. ‘Unauthorised Person’ means any person who is neither a Subscriber nor an Authorised User. ‘Subscription’ relates to the Aircraft Analytics products ordered by the Subscriber via the Aircraft Analytics website.
Aircraft Analytics may suspend access to any person to the subscription at any time without compensation if it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these terms and conditions by that person.
The Subscribers access to the subscription starts at the moment the order is placed and will end exactly 1 year later. For immediate access use the credit card payment option.
All subscriptions will be auto-renewed at the current market price for that subscription on an annual basis, unless cancelled by the Subscriber prior to the date of payment. The subscription can be easily cancelled at anytime in the Subscribers ‘MY ACCOUNT’ after logging into the Subscription. After cancellation, the Subscriber’s Subscription will remain valid until the end of the annual subscription period. No refund will be given.
The Single User Annual Subscription License is for one single user only. No Subscriber account information including password may be made available to any Unauthorised Person for the purpose of using the Subscription products. If Aircraft Analytics suspect that a password is being used by an Unauthorized Person, Aircraft Analytics may at our discretion warn the Subscriber or suspend the Subscription without providing any refund of subscription fees already paid. The materials and data contained in the Subscription products are provided for general information purposes only and do not claim to be or constitute legal or other professional advice and shall not be relied upon as such. Whilst every effort has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information and data provided in these pages and digital tools, the contents are naturally subject to change from time to time and it is the Subscriber’s responsibility to check the accuracy of relevant facts and opinions given in the Subscription products before entering into any commitment based upon them.
We do not accept any responsibility for any loss which may arise from accessing or reliance on the information in the Subscription products and to the fullest extent permitted by United Kingdom law; Aircraft Analytics’ exclude all liability for loss or damages direct or indirect arising from use of the Subscription.
To the full extent permissible by law Aircraft Analytics shall have no liability for any damage or loss (including, without limitation, financial loss, loss of profits, loss of business or any indirect or consequential loss), however it arises, resulting from the use of or inability to use the Subscription products or any material and data appearing on it or from any action or decision taken as a result of using the Subscription products or any such material.
Aircraft Analytics is the owner of all intellectual property rights in the Subscription products, and in the material published on it, unless a source of data is given. All works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
Subscribers may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from the Subscription products for personal reference and may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted in the Subscription.
Subscribers must not modify the data, analysis of any materials printed off or downloaded in any way, and must not use any data tables, schematics, or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. Aircraft Analytics’ status (and that of any identified data partners) as the authors of the data and analysis in the Subscription products must always be acknowledged.
Subscribers must not use any part of the data and analysis in the Subscription for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence from Aircraft Analytics.
If Subscribers print off, copy or download any part of the Subscription products in breach of these terms and conditions, the Subscriber’s right to use the Subscription will cease immediately and the Subscriber must return or destroy any copies of the materials.

The Site may contain material (including, but not limited to, advertisements) posted by third parties. The advertisers are solely responsible for the content of advertising and other material which they submit to Aircraft Analytics and for ensuring that such content complies with all relevant legislation. Aircraft Analytics accept no responsibility for the content of material posted by third parties, including, without limitation, any error, omission or inaccuracy therein.
Aircraft Analytics aim to update the Subscription products regularly and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, Aircraft Analytics may suspend access to the Subscription products, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material in the Subscription products may be out of date at any given time, and Aircraft Analytics are under no obligation to update such material.
The data, analysis and any material displayed in the Subscription products is provided without any guarantees, conditions, or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, Aircraft Analytics, and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:
This does not affect Aircraft Analytics’ liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Aircraft Analytics process information about Subscribers in accordance with the privacy policy. By using the Subscription products, Subscribers consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by each Subscriber is accurate.
Subscribers must not misuse the Subscription products by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. Subscribers must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Subscriptions, the server on which subscriptions are stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Aircraft Analytics site. Subscribers must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
By breaching this provision, Subscribers would commit a criminal offence. Aircraft Analytics will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing the Subscriber’s identity to them. In the event of such a breach, the Subscriber’s right to use the Subscription will cease immediately.
Aircraft Analytics will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect Subscriber’s computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to the Subscriber’s use of the Subscription products or to the Subscriber downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
Where the subscription products contain links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for Subscriber’s information only. Aircraft Analytics has no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from the Subscriber’s use of them. When accessing a site via the subscription products Aircraft Analytics advise Subscriber’s check their terms and conditions and privacy policies to ensure compliance and determine how they may use the Subscriber’s information.
The United Kingdom courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site.
These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of United Kingdom.
Aircraft Analytics may revise these terms and conditions at any time by amending this page. Subscribers are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes made, as they are binding on Subscribers. Some of the provisions contained in these terms and conditions may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on the Aircraft Analytics website.
